Mr. Ramsaroop you say that you have a vision for Guyana . what is your vision ? If you did had a vision you should have stayed in Guyana and work to make Guyana a better place .
you are back in Guyana after so many years expect the people of this country to vote for you . There were you in 1992 when the PNC “slow fire moe fire” where killing Indo Guyana where were you, I KNOW in the GOOD OLD USA with your Family enjoying live whiles in Guyana we where getting killed .
MR. Ramsaroop you and the other hypocrite in our party should go back to where every you came from .
you are always accuseing the PPP Government of doing noting for Guyana . they have done more for t his country than you and your party can do in ten life time.
I appreciate your comments. My parents came to the US and brought me with them at 17 (I was still a minor and had no choice). I used the opportunity to develop myself. I agree many were suffering in Guyana during the PNC error, that is public record.
After I could have managed myself I move back to Guyana in 2000 and invested fully in Guyana in 2003/2004 and have lived there since then. I have experienced both sides of the political spectrum.
We all continue to work hard for Guyana. I will acknowledge the PPP has done some improvements in the infrastructure of the country, but have failed to address the social plague we face when it comes to poverty.
We have a vision of economic recovery that will hopefully balance the social ills.
I appreciate your comments and will take it as a challenge that we all must figure out a way to work with each other.

Thank You MR.Ramsaroop for replying to my comment but there is more questions i have to act you .
Mr. Ramsaroop you will be running for the Presidency in 2011. what is some of your plans for the country.?
i thing all guyanses has a right to now.
Yes, at this point I do plan to run for the highest office in the land. We have put our broad plan in two books. http://www.visionguyana.com/publications.htm
they can be found on the link. Also the books are online.
Everyday we are getting the message out to the Guyanese population, we are engaged in my social and community activities as we believe it is now where we all need help.
We are continuing to build our team both locally and abroad. We believe it is all of us working together must fight to get out of race politics and concentrate on being servants to society.
Programs such as our Newborn program and education grants are helping familes.
Again, I apprecate your comments and I know it is intended to contribute to our beautiful nation.
MR.Ramsaroop you said”We all continue to work hard for Guyana. I will acknowledge the PPP has done some improvements in the infrastructure of the country, but have failed to address the social plague we face when it comes to poverty”
beside your bank book method what are some other ways that your party plan to reduce poverty . the PPP government has put several plan to reduce poverty in Guyana.
There are many economic initatives that we plan to address.
1. Investment Code Changes to encourage FDI
2. Road to Brazil – Many economic changes
3. Alternative Energy – Sugar to Ethanol
4. P3 initiatives (public private sector role)
5. Creating Guyana as the Bread Basket to the Caribbean (Note Brazil is export 150B in agri products to North America)
6. ……. lots more, the creation of jobs jobs jobs is what is needed, we need to implement an economic stimulus package that puts money back to the citizens that allows the economy to turn over
If you have time to go thru the columns, you will get a feel of many of the specific initiatives that needs to be implemented.
NOTE: We have published and lobby for these changes. We are not concern if the PPP decide to take them and implement.
Our goal is for a better and one guyana that at the end of the day the people beneifit.. NOT US.
as you said “We have published and lobby for these changes. We are not concern if the PPP decide to take them and implement.”
you have published your ideal but why you did not work along with the GOG t implement these idea. why are you saying that the GOG has plagiarize your idea the GOG recored these idea before your books was published.
MR.Ramsaroop what do u have plan for the youth of Guyana if your are running for President in 2011.
Greetings:
1. No I did not say the PPP took any ideas, i said we continue to lobby for changes (governance, economic etc)
GOG refused many of our help if we do not belong to the party. (fact)
2. Many programs for young people., equal opportunity education for all, job technical training, opening up of new economies such as outsourcing that creates immediate jobs…(similar to India approach).and many more.
well MR. Ramsaroop what i gather from your conversation is that you are a diplomat in many ways . but are you running for the President in2011. i would like to know but remember the true now.
if you are not running for President in 2011 why is the MFK building on Hedfield St promoting you for President . Are they one for your ROOP Stooges . yes or NO Mr . Ramsaroop
i don’t mean to come off so hard but these are my question for you .
thanks you vera
please note my second post:
Peter Ramsaroop, on February 28th, 2008 at 12:03 am Said:
Yes, at this point I do plan to run for the highest office in the land.
I did answer your question the first time you asked.
We will continue to present to the Guyanese people what we will do in as a Government.
I am glad you are involved and keeping up with your choice in 2011.
ha ! ha! Mr. Ramsaroop if you where running for office in 2011 I would NOT voted for you in any case . i am glad that you are have decided to not run in 2011 . but do u thing this move is a good discuss on your part . you said that you have this country best interest at heart but i don’t thing you do.
you are just playing the Guyanese people believing that u have the interest a heart but you don’t you and your party are just like the PNC , AFC, JUSTICE FOR ALL ETC.
Mr. Ramsaroop opening a saving bank book for children under the poverty line will not cut it or going around the ROOP van saying that u have Guyana best interest still will not cut it . you and your party can not match the PPP Government in what they have accomplish in the years that they have being in power . they have build more school , hospital create more for the people in Guyana , gain more overseas investor in the country . they hosting of the 2007 ICC WORLD CUP proved that .
the PPP Government has done more for this country and the People than any other Government has .
Your comments are appreciated. We will continue to demonstrate to the Guyanese people with our programs and give them a choice in 2011.
If you are better off and doing well, under this government then I would hope you will vote for them. For those that are jobless (0ver 40%), for those that are suffering with a morbid tax system (16% VAT), and the security failure where we see 24 dead because of lack of protection, to people that continue to be poor, then we hope to give those people a choice.
We are coming strong for 2011. We hope that you will study your future and re-consider us for 2011 in order to see economic prosperity for all.
r.Ramsaroop why are you saying one thing at one particular time and at any point in time saying some thing else. In your second to last comment you said that your are not running for President in 2011, but in your last comment you imploding that you will be running in 2011. Roop why are you so indecisive a leader. Roop you need to STOP flip flopping. We leave the flip flopping for the America; ho I forgot you are any America. I just living in the U.S.A there flip flop ways has rub off on you.
The America is very good with they B.S Propaganda. I see you are good as or even better than them. You develop your self very will. M.B.A IN BULSHIT PROPAGANDA. Roop go back to America, Guyana dose not need you or you whit Guyanese family we didn’t need you to help us in Burnham time and we don’t need fine you and your flip flopping ways now. We need to keep the PPP revolution t alive and we will keep it alive.
Regardless of your issues, we will continue to work for Guyana. You seem to have a reading problem as I have stated up front I will be running for the highest office in the land, in addtion you noted my sign on the MFK building that clearly states my intention.
1. I hope your philosphy is not represented of the PPP/C where you would deny a guyanese contribution to his or her country. India developed to one of the most wealthiest nation because of the diaspora contributions back to their country. I advise you to do some research on Non-Resident Indians.
2. As a nation we must move on and stop living in the past. I hope your children will be able to see better the vision.
3. The PPP/C has failed Guyana in creating an economic envrionment where each of us can prosper.
Best, I hope you continue to be involve and learn to be more constructive in your contributions.
Good Night Mr. Ramsaroop , i know you left the PNC Party but your NAME is still on the list of Candidates .
this information was provide to me by a source of the Party.
you say that your are NOT a PNC Member but there is evidence saying stating difference .
you are still a flop flipper . EXPLAIN YOURSELF ROOP.
India developed to one of the most wealthiest nation because of the diaspora contributions back to their country.
Where is that evidence, maybe you going to tell that to the Guyanese public.
Show them the big picture about India.
Mr. Ramsaroop, I noticed most of your comments are to someone named Vera, basically 99% of them.
I however would not wast my time trying to get 1 person to believe in my Policies.
We are the Peoples Democratic Party and would not waste our time on someone from the PPP that just wants you to type to them, (if that is the case) I personally think you created this person so you could blow your own horn.
The PDP of Guyana will break the back of the PPP and the PNC in 2011 so you should stand back so you don’t get hit by Democratic Oxygen.
Brian, you are the same asshole as you have always been. If you do not like our website stop going to it. The only thing lame is your attempt to learn photography.
Oh and Mr. Rampsaroop, as I said per our emails, we will not be bothering you by leaving commentson your sites and you are welcomed to delete anything from The PDP.
Tell your friend Brian, he needs to bark up another tree, his websites are really not that interesting and are way our of date also.
Peter you are running once again for president , I do admire your work in trying to help the less fortunate and I know God is on your side. For those who critise you I say to them ,just help even if someone has a motive the are still doing something,if someone is starving in the street whether you feed them to look good it is better than standing and finding faults and the person is still hungry. Why do we as guyanese just look for faults in everything we find fault once we do not know the person we become a crictic .Please it is not about PNC or PPP it is about a nation that is suffering we all should be praying for a better Guyana and for leaders that fear GOD and who love all people.
Mister. Ramsaroop, after a time people become tierd of politics, and they all think that the government is just fulling their pockets and leaving the people to bascially die. i would like to know what you would do to regain the trust of the guyanese people? and i also want to know how are you going to keep the guyanese people save? everyone know that our army is weak we need more weapons, submarines maybe, war jets, and greater technology. guyanese need to be feel save, and need to regain their pride in their country. what are you going to do to make this happen. Also has a lindener i would like my town to stop being ignore, we are a mining town, and we should be develope, as far as i could remember the past AND THE PRESENT govt, cares nothing about linden, i hope if you become president you would realize that linden has one of the main resoure that Guyana export.
And i understand that you had to leave your home, but what matter is that you came back, i do hope if you win the 2011 election you would fulfil you promises and not leave them as just promises, please reply i want to hear what you have to say.
It is refreshing to see other individuals running for office. I would like to add to my fellow Guyanese that the PPP, PNC or the other political paries does not have the monopoly on who becomes the leader of this great nation. It is the sovereign right of every born Guyanese to run for whatever office he or she chooses. You can do the same!
I would also add that it is often said that Guyana is the poorest country in the hemisphere, but at the same time what I see it is different. I as well as my fellow Guyanese knows that we are blessed with an abubdance of natural resources. Why aren’t these resources getting to the people. There is enough land in Guyana for every Guyanese to own a piece of land. If we can give land to farmers in the Caribbean, we can give to our own right at home.
To the member of the PDP, I think as a new party you are starting off with the same form of politics that is present in our country right now. I don’t think it is necessary for you to attack Mr. Ramsaroop, even if he is worthy or not. You just do you and let Peter do him and let the people make the choice. Calling people names and all that is unnecessary, one thing leads to the next. We the people are tired of this.
If it wasn’t for people overseas Guyana would have sunk further into economic chaos, sending remittances back to a country has ripple effect, including providing jobs, new ideas etc, its endless. We all benefit. The latest report is that Guyanese per capita sends the most money back home compared to the rest of Caribbean.
thank you for replying, but i still dont understand the dispute with ven. didnt the UN decided that the land mass that ven. claim belong to us (guyana) so why cant we take control and develope our land,
ven. wants to be a bully and want to be a world leader. and from what i am reading on the web, ven. is speaking about annexation. what r you going to do about it.
and you didnt say anything about developing linden.
Mister Ramsaroop, thanks again for replying, you truly sound like a leader and someone who knows their stuff.
my family histroy of voting is in the pnc party, but you sound like you are the one to make a difference and to put Guyana back on the map.
i do hope you mean what you said about linden, i hope it would not just be a promise that didnt get fulfill. wishing you all the best on your election.
Repeating what you saw on our site about free house lots. That is one of our issues as you read.
To the others I already had and email discussion with Mr. Rampsaroop telling him that we would not be attacking his paarty, It is also posted her suggesting that he remove our posts against him.
To the one that said we are starting out like the rest of the PArties, you apparently are not a Democrat and have not read anything on our website.
We have no problem running against Mr. Rampsaroop, or any other party.
Our main support will come from the people that are fed up with the PNC, PPC, AFC, and the other parties that blow smoke.
Our organization is one of the largest in the World.
We are seeking honest people and hopefully educated people that are Guyanese to join the Peoples Democratic Party and beat down the Corruption and the Racism in Guyana.
You must read about what a real democrate is before you imply we are like the rest.
Only uneducated people would make assumptions based on what they know nothing about.
We already have support from the Overseas Guyanese Voters, that know what a president is.
So if you want to saty in stalemate, stay with your PPP, PNC, AFC JFA, and the other miniture partie that cannot even run a proper race and beat the PPP.
We are the Peoples Democratic Party and we will make a spash in Guyana.
Sorry to dissapoint anyone here that thinks we are going to be like what they have put in office.
Bro Jack, I am on this blog to offer my opinion and I was only writing based on what I was reading prior to my entry, Calling someone an a–hole is petty politics, that is what I was referring to in being like other parties. I was referring to a statement that was made, not a judgement of character. (unlike what you have done in claiming I’m uneducated. You calling me so doesn’t make me so) In a climate of change one needs to stay away from low vibratory energies and elevate your game and stay above the fracas.
Of course I,m not a democrat, that is too narrow of a term to define my personality, as i’m not a politician and I don’t have to read your website to come up with an idea or to know what democracy is I don’t have to stay with any party because I was never with any. I,m a Guyanese at heart and as any true patriot would like to see the best for his or her country. One does not have to be a politician to serve his nation. We all are fed up with what we see is happenning and want change, so we all have to become the change we want to experience. I’m on this blog to offer inciteful mediations and not to tear down, so my brother I give you full credit to yourself and others in your endeavors to create change, because I understand where it is coming from – the heart
seeing that lindeners block the bridge and bascially shut down linden, which mean no export of bauxite, i just want to know what is your point of view on this stiuation. mister Ramsarooo.
Calling Brian an asshole was not a Political Statement, It was a personal answer to his insult to me, if ou had read all the posts you would have seen that.
You took it wrong, and the only comment meant for you as I stated was our Party giving free house lots.
The statement I made about us being like other Parties was directed not to you, as you did not make that statement.
It was ment for Oneil whom said to the members of the PDP.
That statement was directed to me and I answered it, you will note in my previous post that I said ” and to the Others”
meaning not you.
Go with God my dear, we did not come here to fight with the users of this forum, but we will comment on insults.

Nebira,
Repeating what you saw on our site about free house lots.

Nibera,
Calling Brian an asshole was not a Political Statement, It was a personal answer to his insult to me, if ou had read all the posts you would have seen that.
